“My secret to staying graceful as I age is definitely my eating habits,” says Maye . “I follow a Flexitarian diet. My basic rules for living life to the fullest are to maintain good health through moderation, continuing to learn, and staying positive.”

The flexitarian diet is a flexible vegetarian diet. That means we mainly eat green vegetables, fruits, beans, grains… and occasionally eat meat, chicken, or fish. Compared to a completely vegetarian diet, the flexitarian diet is flexible and easier to apply. Because she regularly eats a lot of vegetables and fruits containing vitamins and antioxidants, Mrs. Maye has maintained a slim figure and smooth, youthful skin.
